TOLEDO - Catholic Charities Diocese of Toledo will host its third annual fall bus trip to Chicago on Nov. 9.
The trip is an opportunity for a family getaway, couples outing or holiday shopping. Pick up locations will be in Norwalk, Fremont and Toledo.
There will be no tour guide for the trip, which gives guests the option to choose their own itinerary such as shopping, sightseeing or other activities for a full nine hours. The bus will drop off passengers on Michigan Avenue with easy access to the Chicago train system.
The bus will leave the first location in Norwalk at approximately 6 a.m. and will return about 2 a.m. Ticket prices are $70 per person, and early registration is encouraged. The price includes a one day round trip to Chicago, snacks, movies, games and prizes. Seats are limited on a first come-first serve basis.
For more information or to purchase tickets, please contact Martha Hillman at 419-668-3073. The trip is sponsored by Twilight Gardens Nursing Home in Norwalk. All proceeds will benefit Catholic Charities.
