(Editor's note: This special Good Friday prayer was shared by a colleague. She noted that it is suggested to say the prayer 33 times between noon and 3 p.m. on Good Friday as "Jesus promised that whatever a person asks of Him during His three hours of agony, He will grant, provided it is good for that person or persons.") O, my Lord Jesus, I humbly beg of thee by the merits of Thy Precious Blood, by They Divine Heart, and by the intercession of Thy Cruel death to assist me in my pressing necessity. Amen. |
