Amber Owen, 10, of Fostoria was among 42 pumpkin carvers Thursday night for a contest sponsored by the Wood County Park District. The event was held in the Adam Phillips Park Shelter House at the Wood County Historical Center and Museum. The pumpkins will be on display Saturday during the free Fall Folklore and Funfest from 4 to 9 p.m. at the center on County Home Road. (Photos: Enoch Wu/Sentinel-Tribune)
