An estimated 6,000 walkers were expected to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K Walk at Levis Commons in Perrysburg on Saturday. The annual walk event is designed to celebrate breast cancer survivors, educate people about how to reduce their breast cancer risks, and raise funds for cancer research and treatment.
