Tom Nader spurs his horse down a lane while holding a spear he will use to collect rings from posts during the jousting demonstration at Fort Meigs. Nader, a native of the Dayton area, is a professional properties artisan and founder of Combatant’s Keep, a historical entertainment and clothing company which performs martial demonstrations. Involved in the reenactment community for decades, Nader specializes in both 15th and 18th century soldiering traditions. (Photos: Shane Hughes/Sentinel-Tribune) SEE MORE PHOTOS
