New storm and sanitary sewer are part of the North Main Street reconstruction project in Bowling Green. Large diameter storm sewers are intended to handle flooding during heavy rainstorms. In the spring work will begin on the reconstruction of the Poe-Main intersection. The entire project from Dill Street to just south of Newton Road is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2013.
