Miracle Child Gavin Hassel, 9, from Monclova, leads cheers with Dance Marathon Morale Captain Ryan Sowers. Bowling Green State University Dance Marathon participants raised $225,084.92 during the 32-hour event that ended Sunday evening. The total topped the 2011 event’s $217,000 effort. The activity has raised more than $2.5 million for the Children’s Miracle Network. Approximately 400 students, both as dancers and support team members, participated.
