The intersection of Conneaut Avenue and Wintergarden Road became an all-way stop Thursday with the installation of stop signs on Conneaut Avenue. The change was approved unanimously April 25 by Bowling Green's Traffic Commission. In addition to the stop signs, warning signs with red flags attached have been installed to help alert motorists to the changes. The commission made its decision based on an independent study and recommendation of the city administration. (Photo: Enoch Wu/Sentinel-Tribune)
