TOLEDO — Toledo scored four unanswered goals in the third period Friday for a 5-2 victory over Wheeling in an ECHL game.
Kyle Rogers scored the first two goals in the third period, tying the game at 2:37 and breaking the tie just 27 seconds later.
Nino Musitelli, Willie Coetzee and Byron Froese had the other Toledo goals. Coetzee also had two assists.
Toledo’s Jordan Pearce made 19 saves.
