Northwood players on All-TAAC football teamNorthwood’s Dominik Bermejo and Myles Habel were
first-team selections on both offense and defense on the All-Toledo Area Athletic Conference football
team.Bermejo was selected as a running back on offense and a defensive back on defense.Habel was honored as
a lineman on both offense and defense.Northwood linemen Travis Whitmore and Luke Laviolette also were named
to the first-team offense.Northwood’s other first-team picks on defense were: lineman Kyle Corbitt;
linebacker Dylan Napier; and defensive back Jake Davenport.Northwood’s Jacob Vickers was the first-team
kicker.Three Rangers were named to the second-team – running back Davenport, offensive lineman Travis
Singlar and defensive lineman Kyle Kirchner.Davenport was the special teams player of the year.Northwood’s
Michael Vallejo, Derek Florez and Jayden Parker were named honorable-mention.The teams were selected by TAAC
