BGSU men's basketball to play at Robert Morris
The Bowling Green men's basketball team will play in the NIT Season Tip-Off Consolation Round Monday and Tuesday at Robert Morris. The Falcons will face the host school, along with Alabama-Huntsville.¬†
On Monday, BGSU will play Robert Morris at 7:30 p.m. The Colonials are 1-2 on the season and split two games in the Pittsburgh Regional for the NIT earlier this week. Robert Morris lost to Lehigh 89-60 and defeated Fordham 74-58. The Colonials also lost their season opener against Rider 79-54.
On Tuesday, the Falcons will face NCAA Division II Alabama-Huntsville at 5 p.m. The Chargers are 2-1 on the season and also split their two games in the Kansas State Regional for the NIT, defeating North Texas 78-75 before losing to Kansas State 87-26. UAH also defeated Point Loma Nazarene 58-44 in its season opener.
BGSU to aid Aurora House
Items for the Aurora House will be collected before the Bowling Green-Ferris State hockey game Saturday at the Ice Arena.
Aurora House is a comprehensive housing and life skills program that empowers homeless women and their children to achieve self sufficiency and independence by providing resources and learning opportunities in a supportive and safe environment.

BG Rifle Club loses opener
Fremont defeated the Bowling Green Rifle Club, 1,431-1,401 in the opener of the indoor season.
BG's scorers were: Wade Fry, 288; Bob Schwiebert, 280; Dan Altman, 279; Norbert Norden, 278; and Don Link, 276.
