Falcons have football ticket deals
For Saturday's Akron at Bowling Green State University football game, there is a four for $48 special.
For $48, fans get four tickets, four hot dogs, four drinks, and four bags of chips.
Also, it's Youth Day and all kids 17 and under can get tickets for $6 at Perry Stadium.
In the evening, the football ticket can be used for free admission to the Northern Illinois at BGSU volleyball match at the Stroh Center.
Kickoff for the football game is 2:30 p.m., and the volleyball match is at 7 p.m.

Falcon volleyball wins
OXFORD - Bowling Green's volleyball team opened its Mid-American Conference season Thursday with a 19-25, 24-26, 26-24, 25-22, 18-16 win over Miami.
BG's leaders were: Lindsey Butterfield, 25 kills, 18 digs; Paige Penrod, 18 kills, five blocks; Erica Fullenkamp, 59 assists; Libby Dachenhaus, 17 digs; BGHS graduate Ashley Dunn, 22 digs; and Kaitlyn Skinner, nine blocks.
The Falcons are 4-9 overall, while Miami is 8-5.

BG's Wilson earns MAC honor
CLEVELAND - Bowling Green State University's Shelby Wilson is the Mid-American Conference women's golfer of the week.
She was the medalist at the Cleveland State Invitational with a 3-over 149.
