Green Falcon volleyball team, 27-25, 25-23, 25-15 Sunday in the Golden Dome Invitational. BG is 1-4.BG’s
leaders were: Danielle Tonyan, 12 kills; Jelena Sunjic, 10 kills; Erica Fullenkamp, 17 assists; Lauren
Avila, 13 assists, 10 digs; and Kaitlyn Skinner, five blocks.In an exhibition match against Dabrowa, a
Polish professional team, on Saturday, BG dropped a 25-13, 25-16, 26-24 decision.Falcon women’s soccer
losesINDIANAPOLIS – Bowling Green State University’s women’s soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to Indiana

secondNORMAL, Ill. – The Bowling Green State University women’s golf team is second after the first day of
the Redbird Invitational.Toledo leads leader after 36 holes with a 592 total. The Falcons are second at 595
on rounds of 293 and 302. The round of 293 is a school-record.BG’s scorers were: Lily Bartell, 140; Hannah
Lewis, 150; Patricia Holt, 153; Shelby Wilson, 154; and Mikayla Bear 158.Bartell’s 69 was a career-best and
her 150 total tied the best individual score in BGSU history.The tournament concludes today.Owens women’s
soccer winsJessica Grindle scored three goals as the Owens Community College women’s soccer team beat
Mercyhurst North East, 7-0 Sunday.Grindle and Marissa Ramirez each had an assist. Both are Northwood High
School graduates.Owens is 3-2 overall.
