Jaso, Watson receive All-MAL honors
Lakota's Tiger Jaso is the Midland Athletic League baseball player of year.
North Baltimore's Jordan Watson joins Jaso on the first-team. Both are seniors and repeat first-team selections.
On the second team are: Lakota sophomore Nick Watts; and North Baltimore's Jacob Frost, a junior, Dalton Ishmael, a senior, and Zach Stewart, a junior. Ishmael was an honorable mention selection in 2012.
On the honorable mention list are: Lakota senior Kody Brewer and freshman Dakota Gilbert; and North Baltimore junior Chase Nichols and freshman Sean Watson.
North Baltimore was the MAL champion.

Emahiser, Gangwer, Bickford earn All-MAL softball honors
North Baltimore's Ricci Emahiser, a senior, along with Lakota's Morgan Gangwer, a sophomore, and Alaina Bickford, a junior, have been named to the All-Midland Athletic League tem for softball. Emahiser and Bickford are both repeat selections.
Megan Wright, a North Baltimore senior, is on the second team. Wright is a repeat second-team pick.
On the honorable mention list are: Lakota's Aubrey Bickford, a freshman; and Stephanie Miller, a senior; and North Baltimore's Kelsey Gazarek, a senior; and Cheyenne Hernandez, a freshman. Gazarek is a repeat honorable mention pick.

Links Lassies
The Links Lassies held a medal play event at Forrest Creason Golf Course Tuesday.
The flight winners were: A Eileen Smith, low gross and low net; B, Doris Christensen, low gross and low net; C, JoAnne Searle, low gross and low net; low putts, Doris Chistensen.
