BGSU women's soccer sets 2013 schedule
The Bowling Green State University women's soccer team has set its 17-match schedule for the 2013 season.
The Falcons play eight times at home, including four night matches at Cochrane Field.
BG opens the regular season Aug. 25 at Cleveland State. The home opener is Aug. 30.
The Mid-American Conference opener is Sept. 27 at Ohio.

Owens golf wins tourney
PERRYSBURG - The No. 2 Owens Community College  Express men's golf team won all three competitions in Monday's inaugural Ohio Community College Athletic Conference Ryder Cup tournament at Belmont Country Club.
The Express combined for a total score of 206. In alternate shot, the Express shot a 73. In best ball, the Express shot a 66. In the scramble, the Express shot a 67.
For Owens, Brandon Hoelzer and Walter Dorosh captured the alternate shot competition with a nine-hole score of 35. Darren Gessner and Luke Berger won the best ball competition with a nine-hole score of 31. Blaze Hogan and Timothy Dawkins shot a nine-hole 33 to win the scramble competition.

Owens to play in regional
The Owens Community College baseball team will look to advance to its third World Series national tournament as the Express compete in the NJCAA Region XII Men's Baseball Championships later this week.
The tournament will take place in Battle Creek, Mich., Wednesday through Saturday.
The Express are 14-27 headed into the double elimination tournament. They will play Jackson Community College (23-15-2) at noon on Wednesday.
The NJCAA Division II World Series is May 25 to June 1 in Enid, Okla.
