BGSU gymnastics posts win
The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team beat Eastern Michigan, 194.600-192.525 Saturday.
BG’s Alyssa Nocella finished with a 39.150 total in the all-around, the third-best score in school
history.
Also for BG, Lauren Feely won the vault (9.825), Rachel Reis won the uneven bars (9.750), and Megan
Harrington tied with Nocella at 9.800 for first on the beam, and won the floor exercise (9.875).
The Falcons are 2-2 overall and 2-0 in the Mid-American Conference.
Falcon tennis opens with win
PERRYSBURG – The Bowling Green State University tennis team opened its spring season with a 6-1 win over
Youngstown State Sunday.
BG won five of the six singles flights, and all three doubles flights.
Maryland hires Studrawa
COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Greg Studrawa, a former Bowling Green State University football player and assistant
coach, has been hired to coach the offensive line at the University of Maryland.
He coached at BG from 2001-2006, coaching the offensive line, while serving as offensive coordinator from
2003-06, and as assistant head coach in 2006.
He most recently coached at LSU from 2007-20013.
