LOUISVILLE - Casey Crosby and Collin Balester combined on a four-hit shutout as Toledo beat Louisville, 8-0, Friday. The Mud Hens are 36-52 in the International League West. Crosby (6-2) pitched the first seven innings allowing three hits and four walks with four strikeouts. Balester went two innings, allowing one hit and striking out two. Toledo's top hitters were: Bryan Pounds, grand slam; Ryan Strieby, two hits, RBI; and Jerad Head, double. |
