Fatinikun to attend Chiefs' camp PDF Print E-mail

TOLEDO - T. J. Fatinikun, a Perrysburg High School graduate, has been invited to a free mini-camp by the Kansas City Chiefs as a undrafted free agent.
"I have a lot to prove. I have a chip on my shoulder and I'm ready to go," said Fatinikun, who will report to mini-camp on May 9. "I'm so happy that Kansas City is giving me this opportunity. All I want is a chance to come out and compete. I'm excited and ready to get to work."
Fatinikun played his college football at the University of Toledo, but missed 15 games over his junior and senior season due to injury.
He earned third-team All-Mid-American Conference honors in 2010 and 2011,
Earlier this year he was denied an additional year of eligibility by the NCAA as he did not meet the requirement to attain an additional year of eligibility because he participated in more than 30 percent of Toledo's games in either season.
