(Editor's Note: The College Scene updates the activities of athletes from Wood County high schools and county residents who are playing sports at the college level. It is published once a month and includes sports currently in season as well as any recent college signings, and honors or awards.

Andrea Alt, from Perrysburg High School, is a redshirt sophomore on the Bowling Green women's cross country team. She was selected as a team captain this fall.
Alt was 18th at the Mel Brodt Invitational, finishing in a personal-best 17:59.31.

Shelby Antonacci, from Lake High School, is a freshman forward on the University of Toledo women's soccer team.
Antonacci has played in eight matches for the Rockets, scoring a goal in UT's 5-2 win over Indiana State.

Jeremy Ashley, from Perrysburg High School, is a junior on the Tiffin University men's soccer team.
He has played every minute of Tiffin's first four games, allowing five goals while making 17 saves.
Ashley was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference defensive player of the week recently. He posted a shutout in goal with seven saves over 90 minutes against the University of Findlay.
Against Ohio Dominican University, Ashley made five saves in 104 minutes before losing in double overtime.
He currently ranks second in the GLIAC among goalies with 17 saves. Ashley's .773 save percentage ranks sixth in the GLIAC.

Derek Batt, from Bowling Green High School, is a redshirt sophomore linebacker on the University of Toledo football team.

Alyssa Beach, from Perrysburg High School, is a freshman middle blocker on the University of Dayton volleyball team.

Baley Bernthisel, from Otsego High School, is a senior on the Ashland University volleyball team.

Kylee Bernthisel, from Otsego High School, is a sophomore on the Ashland University women's cross country team.
At the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational, Bernthisel was 18th in 20:05.2. At the Michigan State Spartan Invitational, she was 61st in 23:19.

Jessica Borsani, a North Baltimore resident, is a junior setter on the Denison University volleyball team. She attended Van Buren High School.
Through Denison's first 15 matches, Borsani had 300 assists, and 143 digs.

Bailey BredenbeckCorp, from Perrysburg High School, is a senior on the Bellarmine volleyball team.
This fall, she has played in six matches, making five starts. BredenbeckCorp has 210 of Bellarmine's 270 assists and has added 15 kills, and 50 digs.
BredenbeckCorp came into the season third on Bellarmine's career list with 3,007 assists. Last season, she was 12th in the nation for Division II schools, averaging 11.30 assists per set.
Last year, BredenbeckCorp earned All-Great Lakes Valley Conference academic honors for the third straight season and also earned and national Achievement Award for maintaining a cumulative grade point of at least a 3.50.

Andrea Brown, from Northwood High School, is a redshirt senior on the Lourdes College volleyball team.
Brown has played in 10 of the first 14 matches of the season with 36 kills, 11 digs, and 18 total blocks.

Chloe Buehler, from Perrysburg High School, is a freshman goalie on the Penn State women's soccer team.

Bryant Byrd, from Perrysburg High School, is a freshman on the Western Colorado University men's cross country team.

Justin Christoff, from Bowling Green High School, is a sophomore on the Otterbein University football team.
Christoff has earned the starting right tackle job.

Katie Cochrane, from Bowling Green High School, is a freshman on the Ohio Northern women's cross country team.

Julie Cross, from Bowling Green High School, is a sophomore goalkeeper on the Heidelberg College women's soccer team.
She has played a total of 59:31 in three matches this fall, allowing two goals and making four saves.

Paige DeVriendt, from Bowling Green High School, is a senior with the Marietta College volleyball team.
She has played in 17 matches. Her 103 blocks are fifth on the team. She also has 56 digs, and 18 total blocks.

Lauren Diehl, from Perrysburg High School, is a sophomore on the women's golf team at Bowling Green State University.

Quinn Donaldson, from Bowling Green High School, is a freshman wide receiver on the John Hopkins University football team.
In the first three games of the season, Donaldson has four receptions for 45 yards.

Kaylee Draper, from Perrysburg High School, is a junior defender on the Bowling Green women's soccer team.
She has played in three games, with two starts, seeing 136 minutes of action this season.

Kelsey Draper, from Perrysburg High School, is a junior midfielder on the Valparaiso University women's soccer team.
This fall, she has started all 10 games for the Crusaders, 6-3-1 overall.

Ashley Dunn, from Bowling Green High School, is a senior on the BGSU volleyball team.
Dunn leads the team with 164 digs, playing in all 40 sets this fall.

Jordan Dunn, from Bowling Green High School, is a senior on the Northwood (Mich.) University volleyball team.
Through the first 10 matches this fall, Dunn has a team-high 371 assists, along with, 126 digs  29 kills, 12 aces and 11 blocks.

Sarah Fowler, from Otsego High School, is a sophomore on the women's soccer team at Trine University.

Miranda Garmenn, from Otsego High School, is a freshman on the West Liberty University volleyball team.
She has played in eight matches and has 56 assists, and 25 digs.

Nolan Gill, from Bowling Green High School, is a freshman on the Ohio Northern men's reserve soccer team.
In a recent match against Bluffton scored a goal and added an assist.

Jessica Grindle, from Northwood High School, is a sophomore on the women's soccer team at Owens Community College.
In the first eight games this fall, Grindle has scored 12 goals.

Austin Hall, from Lake High School, is a freshman midfielder on the Owens Community College men's soccer team.
He has played in six matches this season and has a goal and an assist.

Patrick Halleck, from Bowling Green High School, is a senior on the Trine University men's golf team.

Jacob Hankish, from Lake High School, is a freshman defensive lineman on the Heidelberg University football team.

Jonah Harter, from Otsego High School, is a junior kicker on the Siena Heights football team.

Cortney Haubert, a Bowling Green resident, is a freshman on the Ashland University women's cross country team. She attended Notre Dame Academy.
At the Malone Invitational, Haubert was 11th in 16:59.

Dylan Hirzel, from Lake High School, is a freshman on the University of Findlay football team.

Lindsay Hoffman, from Lake High School, is sophomore on the Trine University women's soccer team.

Ian Jacobs, from Perrysburg High School, is a junior midfielder on the Tiffin University men's soccer team. He started his college career at Ashland University.

Kelsey Lahey, from Bowling Green High School, is a sophomore outside hitter on the volleyball team at Marist University.
Lahey has played in nine matches, making five starts, and has 58 kills, 11 service aces, 10 digs, and nine blocks.

Aricka LaVoy, from Eastwood High School, is a freshman on the Owens Community College volleyball team.
She has played in all 19 matches this fall and is third on the team with 127 digs.

Lindsey Lehman, from Otsego High School, is a junior on the Lourdes University women's golf team.

Elizabeth Lemon, a Bowling Green resident, is a senior on the University of Toledo women's cross country team.
She ran an 18:43.32 at the Mel Brodt Invitational in Bowling Green.

A.C Limes, from Otsego High School, is a freshman tight end on the University of Findlay football team.

Shayna Lindley, from Rossford High School, is a sophomore on the Lourdes College volleyball team.
