SYRACUSE, N. Y. - Syracuse scored three times in the first inning on the way to an 8-4 International League win over Toledo Thursday. The Mud Hens are 51-76 in the IL West.
John Lindsey was 2-for-4, including a two-run home run, for Toledo and teammate Danny Worth was 2-fof-4 with a double.
Four Toledo pitchers combined to give up eight runs, 15 hits and four walks.
