After reading Mr. Jack Taylor’s letter I couldn’t stop myself from responding with my own….’You might
re-elect Barack Obama for President if….’ But I have 12 of them which I had a hard time choosing which
12 because there are so many but here goes:
• You believe that we should not be energy independent and you want $10/gallon gasoline.
• You believe that it’s okay for our current president to have total disregard for the constitution and
that a central and tyrannical form of government is much better than our ‘we the people’, representative
form of government.
• You want your children to be burdened with massive debt
• You believe that the Government should be massively involved in your personal life including mandating
private businesses and religious institutions provide in their insurance coverage birth control,
sterilization and the morning after pill.• You don’t believe that your religious freedom is under
attack• You believe that a fetus is not a human life and that a woman has the right to abort at most
stages of pregnancy.
• You want your freedom of speech to be taken away.
• You want your right to bear arms to be taken away.
• You believe that massive entitlements that enslave people should continue and even increase, taking
away individual’s personal responsibility and drive to be successful.
• That people who have worked hard all their lives and gave an abundant lifestyle to their families
should be penalized by paying higher taxes because it’s only their ‘fair share’ and that it’s for the
‘common good’.
• You believe that 50 % of Americans should pay no federal income tax at all and that a minority of tax
payers should pay for a majority of taxes.
• You don’t believe in the American spirit and you don’t believe in individual and our country’s
sovereignty.
