|To the Editor: Who did judge, prosecutor protect?|

Thank you Judge Mayberry!
My business gets broken into, damage was done and inventory was stolen and you with the help of Paul Dobson grant the thief "an intervention in Lieu of Conviction." And to top if off you do not even ask for any restitution.
The only way that is happening is because I called Dobson's office and Bob McGeen helped me (Monica DeLeon seemed too bothered by the whole thing).
So - this thief gets 12 months of intervention and gets a clean record after that and if he does it again there will be no record of a previous conviction.
I always thought the prosecutor and judge were to protect the public?
