Some of the greedy landlords in this town who make their money off families in our town should be ashamed of themselves. I have noticed all the thumbs down signs in all the yards of rentals. This activity funded by Bob Mauer and Rick Metz is shameful. They didn't even have the guts to put their own names on it. They call their little group "Citizens for Financial Responsibility". Should be "Citizens of BG help me protect my profits".
It was fine to support a levy when their kids were in school, but now that they have no one in the system and it's too much. Jerry Liss told all his tenants he was going to pass the cost of the levy on to his tenants. Shame on him for trying to intimate his tenants to vote his way. These greedy landlords want you to protect their bloated wallets. I say this, if you have kids in the Bowling Green Schools and if the levy doesn't pass to support your kids education, do not support the businesses that do not support our schools. If you are an Education major, boycott these places for not supporting your future as well. Shame on them!
