To the Bowling Green Community:
Now that another successful small business Saturday has come and gone it is important for you to remember that all of your local businesses rely on the support of the entire community all year long.
The small business owners work very hard to create a friendly, community minded environment. We are the businesses that recognize our customers and their needs. Many of us grew up in this town and have committed ourselves and our families to keeping our community thriving.
The small businesses in Bowling Green, know you. We delight in hearing about a visit from your grandchildren or the birth of a new baby, a win at a sporting event or a recent trip that you have taken. We help you create jewelry and artwork, pick out an engagement or anniversary gift, or shop for new fashions and hairstyles. Services are bountiful in our community. We have fitness and wellness studios, computer services, photography studios, art galleries, restaurants, bakeries, florists, home maintenance and décor, just to name a few.
As a Main Street retailer it is wonderful to be validated on Small Business Saturday, but the reality is that the only way that we will continue to have all that we have in our town is with your support, all year long. So, next time you get on the Internet to make a purchase or get into your car to shop at a big box store, think about shopping locally first, and hopefully you will discover that there is a lot to offer in your own home town.
