|To the Editor: Seniors shouldn’t have to pay to park near BG center|

I am writing in concern for our senior citizens attending Bowling Green Senior Center. I have been attending the past two months. And on several occasions have had to pay to park, in order to attend activities.
I feel this is wrong. Our seniors deserve the right to park without being charged. On one occasion I've even seen a car with a ticket in the windshield. Some of these seniors are on limited income. Why should they have to pay to park? There are spaces facing the center that could be reserved for the Senior Center. More than already marked. I don't think Bowling Green needs money so badly they need it from our seniors.
