To the Editor: Rehab care praised

0

I recently, due to a home accident, had a total hip replacement at Wood County Hospital. The surgeon
recommended that I should go to Bowling Green Manor for rehabilitation. Surgery was new to me so I
followed his advice. I was there for two months. What a great recommendation that ended up being. I was
treated and felt like Ted Turner or another celebrity. Everybody there was treated with respect and
dignity no matter what they were there for. The administration, nursing staff, aides, kitchen staff/food
and physical therapists should be given an AAA+ rating along with attagirls and attaboys. The icing was
put on the cake on Tuesdays. That is when Dr.Tom Wojo (Wojciechowski) came in, who is a peach of a
person. It was nice getting home but I was thinking of how I might get another week. BG Manor however
lined me up with another gem for in home health care, the Heritage Care from Maumee.
