To the Editor: Person who returned debit card thanked with a promise

I may not know your name but I do know you are a very special person.
On Saturday, Jan. 5 after refueling my car at Kroger I dropped my debit card. I did not realize I had done so until after I had finished my grocery shopping.
When I returned to the booth the attendant did in fact have my card thanks to your honesty.
I may not be able to show my appreciation personally but I promised to pay it forward.
Help me, dear Lord, to be honest and true
In all that I say and all that I do;
Give me the courage to do what is right
To bring to the world a glimpse of Your light.
