Apparently construction has begun on the $220,000 renovation to the administration offices in the Commodore Building in Perrysburg. I hope this large sum also includes a golden throne for His Royal Highness who doesn't even live in Perrysburg so he doesn't pay property taxes here. We have students in portables, we're told the Commodore isn't viable for a school anymore (why?), but $220,000 is being spent to make things cozy for the administration in that very building.
The next time the school district wants to pass a levy and they tell you "it's for the kids," wise up people. The only renovation that should be made is the School Board - out with the old, and in with new.
