To the Editor: Eastwood School District is at it again

I see the Eastwood School District is at it again. You guessed it, the new building (K-5) bond issue is on the November ballot. This time the board is running a campaign of silence. They are hoping those against this levy will not bother to vote.
I don't know about you, but I am tired of being double taxed for schools. It seems like every couple of years there is something on the ballot for the Eastwood District. Don't forget we have an operating levy coming up within a year or two, which translates into higher taxes again.
Enough already, the horn of plenty has finally been emptied. I don't know about you, but we are voting no on this bond issue.
