To: Citizens for "Financial Responsibility"
First of all, the reason I put italics around your pseudo-label is because you are being anything but responsible. You are actually representing your own financial interests by sending such propaganda to households you have not researched.
If you had done your homework, you would realize not everyone who is a registered voter supports your self-serving motives.
It is more than apparent that you are dedicated to protecting your own agenda of not paying your fair share in property taxes when you are the very people who make the most revenue in rental income. You are more than happy to make money from exploiting rental properties, but when it comes time to pay your share of taxes from that revenue, you choose to bully the public into thinking it is the school district that is being irresponsible.
No one wants to pay more taxes, but when it comes to assuring that our schools are financially equipped to provide the best education possible, we, as responsible citizens, must do the right thing.
