BG schools need our support.  Our schools are us and we are our schools.  You might have seen the Support BG Schools buttons that say I love Math, Art, Drama, Physics, English, French, German, History, Agriculture, Biology and Band.  We love our students. We were students once.  A teacher, mentor or coach inspired us to become the productive, responsible citizens we are.
Today's students are our children, our friends and our neighbors.
Our schools have less funding now because our state legislature has significantly slashed school funding.   Do not be fooled by the signs around town that say "Too much", there isn't.
"When you wage war on the public schools, you're attacking the mortar that holds a community together. You're not a conservative, you're a vandal."-Garrison Keillor.  BG schools need our help.  "Education costs money but so does ignorance"- Sir Claus Moser.
I support BG schools. Join me and vote yes for BG Schools, early vote now or on May 7!
