I am writing to express my recommendation to vote for lifelong BG resident, Sandy Milligan, At Large Candidate for Bowling Green City Council. I have known Milligan for many years having served on committees with her at the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce as well as a local business networking group. From my experience working with Milligan, I can tell you she comes to meetings prepared and takes the necessary time to educate herself and thinks issues through before making a decision. Milligan has been a local business owner since 1986, and understands the inter-dependent relationship between government and business. She is community minded and volunteers her time serving various organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Project Homeless Connect and Downtown BG to name a few.
She also currently serves as a member of the City Zoning Board of Appeals. She puts 100% into everything she does and she will do the same representing all citizens of Bowling Green on City Council! Remember, Milligan means business!
