Dear Senator Voinovich:
It is a tragedy in a country as great as ours that hard-working people, many without employer-sponsored health insurance, face financial ruin because of the high cost of health care.
One catastrophic illness can bring a family to ruin, just to save a life that is endangered by high health care costs and no insurance to mitigate the expense.
In our congressional district alone there are 69,000 uninsured people. Passing the Affordable Health Choices Act would save these people from the worry of making a choice between good health and being financially secure.
Thank you in advance for voting for this act.
