Christmas is fast approaching and everywhere I look I see garbled mythological references posted by some copy and paste expert pretending to show reverence to a God or Son of a God they know absolutely nothing about.
Christmas and the majority of its traditions was brought to us by the Ancient Egyptians. The manger, the decorated pine tree, and the Son of God concept, all originated in Egypt.
In fact, we owe the ancient Egyptians for practically every single life enhancing vice we have, from beer, to board games. We can even thank the Egyptians for Amen, one of the many Gods the theists worship along with their one true God.
Bill O'Reilly claims us atheists are just jealous of this Christian holiday. He says there are "...no pagan displays of largesse like Santa Claus" Which tells me his right clicking skills are right up to the Christian par.
Exactly when did theists become so miserably ignorant? They trust just one book for historical perspective and clearly not one theist has ever made it past the begats. I could list 10 incurable contradictions in the Bible without right clicking once. Yet it just doesn't matter.
No amount of facts could ever cure that much stupidity. Myself, I'm going to celebrate Christmas for the pagan holiday it is. In keeping with the yuletide cheer, I'll forgive the theist's blatant ignorance and inability to calculate their imaginary prophet's birthday.
