Two suffer injuries in small plane crash in Ohio

MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (AP) — Two people have been hospitalized after a small plane crash in Ohio.

The Dayton Daily News reports ( that the plane crashed shortly after 10 p.m. Monday. The wreckage was found nearly 90 minutes later in a wooded area near the ramp linking Interstate 675 to I-75.

A state trooper found the survivors, who are being treated at a hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening. It was not immediately known what kind of plane they were in.

About 1,185 Dayton Power and Light customers were left without power due to a damaged transmission line. About 30 outages remained early Tuesday.
