Three recovering after Ohio apartment balcony collapse

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Three men are recovering after an apartment balcony collapsed in the Dayton area.

The three were on the balcony Friday in when it came crashing down, sending them tumbling about 10 feet.

A man who lives at the apartment in Kettering that he was inside when he heard what sounded like an earthquake.

He tells WDTN in Dayton that one of the men suffered a head injury while the others had bumps and scrapes.

A neighbor who saw the men just before the collapse says they weren't jumping up and down or doing anything out of the ordinary.

She says all three were lucky it wasn't worse.
