Three passengers file federal suit in Ohio bus crash

DETROIT (AP) — Three passengers aboard a Greyhound bus thatrolled over and crashed in Ohio have
filed a federal civil suit againstthe company.Prominent suburban-Detroit lawyer Geoffrey Fieger
isrepresenting Rayvar Williams of Detroit; Lorianne Stevens of Halladay,Tenn.; and Tyrone Allen of
Winston-Salem, N.C.The lawsuit says Greyhound was negligent and inflicted emotional distress. It was filed
Friday and requests a jury trial.Thebus was carrying 51 passengers from Cincinnati to Detroit when it ranoff
Interstate 75 about 25 miles north of Cincinnati about 4 a.m. Sept.14.The bus hit a fence and tree. About
three-dozen people were hurt.Driver Dwayne Garrett was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable
control.Greyhound spokeswoman Alexandra Pedrini said Monday that the company can’t discuss pending
