COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Police are investigating after a man was shot in the ankle inside a Columbus mall.

The incident happened Friday near the food court at Eastland Mall on the city’s east side around 12:45
p.m.
Multiple media outlets report that police were seeking a suspect who may have fled in a car.
The name of the victim and his condition after being taken to the hospital were not immediately
available.
