SANDUSKY, Ohio (AP) — Police in northern Ohio say a woman put duct tape over the eyes, forehead and mouth of her son and another child and told officers that it was just a joke.

Tiffany Ennis of Sandusky has been charged with child endangering.

Police tell media outlets that Ennis wrapped the tape around the eyes, forehead and mouth of each child. She told officers that both thought it was funny.

Police say the father of one of the children alerted them earlier this week to what happened after a picture was sent to him showing his son's face covered with duct tape.

There was no telephone listing for Ennis in Sandusky.
