suffocating her on the floor hasbeen sentenced to life in prison.Twenty-one-year-old Dale Palmer Jr. was
convicted Tuesday of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence.Prosecutors said he
killed his grandmother, Jualene Winston, in her home in the Cleveland Heights suburb on June 22.WOIO-TV
