COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — One of the men who followed a Columbus casino winner home and robbed him of his winnings has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The Columbus Dispatch (http://bit.ly/13qsDWq ) reports that investigators used surveillance video and cellphone records to identify the three thieves who robbed a man of $35,800 hours after he won it playing blackjack at the Hollywood Casino Columbus Oct. 21.

Prosecutors say 20-year-old Ryan Bundy admitted his role in robbing David Hayes. He pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated burglary with a gun specification Monday as part of a plea agreement.

One co-defendant in the case is scheduled for trial Monday. The third is still being sought.

Hayes sued the casino in the robbery, contending a cashier should have issued him a check instead of cash.
