JamesMiracle was fired from the Mansfield Correctional Institution,effective Friday.A home phone listed for
Miracle rang unanswered Monday.Miracle’sfiring document says he worked at the prison as a building
constructionsuperintendent and failed to properly supervise tools at the prison,falsified forms and forged
signatures on maintenance inventories.OnJuly 3, inmate James David Myers used a pickax to break into a
storagearea and get three ladders, which he used to escape over three securityfences.Myers was arrested the
