weekend drowned in a manurestorage lagoon after his tractor turned over.The Ashtabula CountySheriff’s Office
says 41-year-old Santos Medina de Jesus drowned in thelagoon on a dairy farm Saturday after he was pinned by

called to the farm in Dorset Townshipfound the tractor in the half-acre lagoon, which is about 4 feet deep.
Afirefighter who entered the lagoon, tethered by a rope, located deJesus’ submerged body.An autopsy is
