DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Police have found the body of a
southwest Ohio woman who went missing last month and say they are
investigating her death as a homicide.
Authorities say 25-year-old
Nichelle McKnight’s body was discovered Friday near the Stillwater
River in the Dayton suburb of Harrison Township.
She went missing in March with her four-year-old son.
Dayton Police Chief Richard Biehl (BEEL) said the search continues for the boy, but he is presumed dead.

Biehl
says police went to a vacant apartment complex near the river after
receiving a tip that McKnight’s boyfriend Antwan Anderson frequented the
complex.
Anderson died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a
confrontation with police on Monday. They had wanted to question him
about the disappearances of McKnight and her son, Zaden.
