PERKINS TOWNSHIP, Ohio (AP) — Police say a man in a motorized wheelchair has been fatally injured in a crash in Perkins Township.

Authorities say 67-year-old Harry L. Kimberlin of Sandusky was struck Sunday when he entered an intersection and was hit by a car driven by 73-year-old Donald Hibbard of Sandusky. Hibbard had a green light.

Kimberlin was taken to a local hospital and then airlifted to St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo, where he died around 10:30 p.m. Hibbard was not injured.
