WILLARD, Ohio (AP) — Authorities are evacuating hundreds ofhomes in a small northern Ohio city
after a railcar in a rail yard beganleaking a liquid believed to be highly flammable and
toxic.Localresponders and cleanup workers from transportation company CSX Corp.are at the scene of the
spill in Willard, about 65 miles southwest ofCleveland. It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the leak
of theliquid, which was believed to be styrene monomer. Styrene monomer isused to make a variety of
plastic and rubber products.Residents were told to evacuate the nearby area, encompassing an estimated
