HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) — Police in southwest Ohio are seeking a man they suspect fatally shot his daughter
and an unidentified male.
Hamilton police say officers responding to a call of gunfire at 2:24 a.m. Wednesday found 29-year-old
Lacey Rutherford and the man dead of gunshot wounds on the floor of the home.
Police say both she and Alfred Rutherford, her father, lived at the address. They were trying to confirm
the identity of the slain man.
Police say the 55-year-old Rutherford should be considered armed and dangerous. They believe he fled the
scene in a red, four-door Ford Escort.
Hamilton police declined to release any other information about the shootings.
