MOUNT REPOSE, Ohio (AP) — Investigators in southwest Ohio say they seized more than 500 pounds of hallucinogenic mushrooms with an estimated value of at least $800,000.

The Clermont County Sheriff's Office says the Psilocybin mushrooms were being grown in a sophisticated lab at a home in Miami Township, roughly 20 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati. Agents from a county drug task force served a search warrant at the home.

A 26-year-old man was taken into custody at the home and was expected to face at least one felony charge related to illegal drug production.
