FRANKFORT, Ind. (AP) — Police have arrested a central Indiana high school boys basketball coach on a charge of child seduction involving a female student.

Frankfort Police Chief Troy Bacon says 46-year-old Frankfort High School coach Tom Weeks was arrested Wednesday afternoon and lodged in the Clinton County Jail.

Bacon says an allegation against the Frankfort man was received Monday. He says the Community Schools of Frankfort is cooperating with the investigation.

Weeks also was a history teacher at Frankfort High School, located about 40 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

It wasn't immediate clear if Weeks has an attorney. He does not have a published home telephone number.
