Four suspects indicted for murder in Ohio home invasion case

FAIRBORN, Ohio (AP) — Four suspects in a home invasion insouthwest Ohio have been indicted on
murder charges after one of thevictims fatally shot a fifth suspect.Multiple media outletsreported
Monday that the Greene County grand jury indicted the foursurviving suspects on charges of aggravated
burglary, aggravatedrobbery, murder and involuntary manslaughter.Authorities say thefive suspects
allegedly forced their way into the Fairborn home on Jan.28 to try to rob the residents. One of the
victims struggled with thefifth suspect and fatally shot the 19-year-old man in the chest.
Anothersuspect was reportedly shot in the leg, but was treated and laterreleased for his injuries.The
